Dancing and DIY

So as many of you know......I'm a hot mess and I feel no remorse for being that way. So I'm on the highway and we're listening to Atlantic Starr. Of course I'm dancing extra hard in the car. I look to my right and there is this elderly woman cracking up at me! Whatever, I laughed with her. If you can't beat em, join em.

Anyway, I realized that I needed something to collect change in for those struggle moments next year in college. So instead of buying a piggy bank I made my own! I call it the #strugglefund. So here it is.

I guess that's it for now. I just wanted to share that with you all. Most of my actual college stuff is going to happen in July, so until then, this is what you get :)

That crucial first blog post

Well, here is goes. This is that crucial first post. I'll try not to sound too corny. So I'm creating this blog to document the summer before I head off to college. I was inspired to start this blog because so many of my family members, church members, and other mentors donated money to help me pay for college. I felt that you guys needed to (and wanted to) be informed a little bit about this period between graduation and college. I might keep this blog going into my actual college years, but school work comes first (y'all don't want me wasting your hard earned donations right? Of course not)! So whoop, there it is. This is the premise. This is the blog. Enjoy :)
